These are soooo much fun. I got the XL for the weight capacity (up to 220 lbs). Just standing in them and trying to keep my balance, got my heart rate up.Everyone who saw them wanted to try them out. Unfortunately, I let my friends 11 year old try them. She is pretty big for an 11 year old, but still under weight capacity. My grandson loves these. He can run and or walk in them and it gives him an edge with distance running.

Got these just for fun but I’m obsessed!!! I do a jog and jumping jack in them a few days a week on boardwalk and it’s the best all over workout. And fun!
