Was good at first

no instructions and tiny pieces with no explanation of how to assemble. Googled it and figured it out.Worked for about 5 days, then just completely stopped. For almost $200 this should have been an amazing light saber!! This was a Christmas gift for my older nephew and I thought it would be an amazing gift for the price rather than buying him a cheap one. Tried reaching out to seller can’t get anyone to answer or help me. At this price I’m extremely Disappointed.Contacting Amazon to complain Ri…p off- returned broken item and received partial credit for a ‘restocking fee’. You cant restock a broken item nor should I be charged bc your product was defective

opened up the product fully charged it, ran through all the settings and worked wonderfully, used it twice, no kidding just to demonstrate it, then fast forward no use/abuse whatsoever after sitting in a closet, fully charged it again and no light and just one command of on and off and one setting, obviously defective, makes no sense how something works one minute and then nothing the next after no use? want to reach out to the company but there is no contact or complaint or comment section, I …hate to think I just got burned for over $200 totally unacceptableUPDATE: Was able to get company information from Amazon on how to contact them, I wrote them a thorough explanation of what went wrong with their product and requested a solution/fix and/or just send a new one and…crickets, left them my info so if they gave a crap about their lame product or cared about their customer service you would think they’d respond, I would gladly change my review and push their product if they acted like a legitimate professional company but apparently they are not, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT or anything from them! Total RIPOFF!!! Might as well crumple up a couple $100 bills and throw them out your window or use them to start a fire, what a joke!

Not happy. Poor design. The plastic light defuser lens that covers the multi LED has come loose and just rattles and slides up and down the plastic tube. Obviously it wasn't adhered properly during manufacturing. That lens spreads the light to cover the inside of the tube so now the saber doesn't light up properly. Highly disappointed!

This is a great lightsaber! I was a little weary buying it off of Amazon, but it checked all of the boxes for my boyfriend who is a Star Wars super fan!

The first one that came was missing alot of parts and had to contact Amazon christmas morning, they were a big help and sent a replacement within a week. My husband loved it.

Bought this for my bf and he is a hilt snob and he liked it. It’s very bright has cool wrist action and makes noises

This was a really nice light saber my husband loves it. His first one the light stopped working after getting charged for the first time ☹️. Ordered a replacement and returned the other one. I hope that one was just a faulty one. But LOVE this light saber!

Terrible quality when 2 in a row have had defects, especially at the price.
