There is really no bounce. I tried them on the hardwood floors and on the cement but virtually no bounce. It was like walking on stilts. There were no directions in the box so if there is an adjustment that can be made I wouldn’t know how. I’ll be returning them.
Are good .. But the size is small for 38 does not fit, they are tight
I had a pair of these and at the time I was almost 200lbs, but very healthy; and the longer I had them the more "bouncy" they got. They were an awesome whole body workout just running up and down the block in front of my house. As time went on, they became more of a sensation of walking in low gravity, giant, slow bounces with each step. I'll just be honest and say that I hate exercise. I never found a gym or a class that I could stick to long enough to make a difference. And, I'm addicted to donuts and pizza, so there is that. Anyway, these boots are so much fun that I am getting off the couch and bouncing around the house while I fold laundry and load the dishwasher. I might actually lose some weight! Fun!!!!
Although I sent them back because they didn’t fit, I recommend this purchase. It’s such a great workout and so much fun. Be sure to get the right size but they’re great. The company is very nice and responsive.
My initial reaction is that these are great! They arrived quickly and in great condition. They came fully assembled. It was easy to get them on and get started and they fit comfortably. They did not come with any additional bands; but that's reflected in the lower price. These boots are fun. I'm hoping they will stand the test of time.
